# Max Connectors

**Max Connectors** are the calling user's own connected accounts — Gmail, Outlook, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, Google Workspace, and so on. In the app these are called "my connectors"; in the Public API they live under `/max/integrations`.

They power Max chat, [tasks](/docs/concepts/max/tasks), and [playbooks](/docs/concepts/max/playbooks). They are **distinct from [Workspace Connectors](/docs/concepts/workspace-connectors)**, which the whole account shares for customer-facing agents and automations.

The Public API is **read-only**. Connecting, disconnecting, and which tools Max may use are changed in the app — not via an API key. Requires a USER API key.

## Identity

| Field | Type | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `id` | number | Integration id. Used as `connectedAccountId` in Max email settings. |
| `toolkit` | string | Toolkit slug: `gmail`, `outlook`, `slack`, `hubspot`, `stripe`, … |
| `isConnected` | boolean | Whether the account is currently connected. |
| `isExpired` | boolean | Needs re-auth in the app. |
| `connectedEmail` | string? | Connected email/account identifier (Gmail/Outlook). |
| `allowedToolSlugs` | array? | Enabled tool slugs. |
| `allowedScopes` | array? | Granted OAuth scopes (`get` only — live lookup). |
| `availableToolsCount` | number? | |
| `enabledToolsCount` | number? | |

List returns **every** account on the profile, including disconnected and expired ones. Only use a toolkit whose `isConnected` is `true` and `isExpired` is `false` — passing a disconnected toolkit as `--integrations` on a task or playbook fails at runtime.

## Where toolkit slugs are used

`max tasks` and `max playbooks` scope which integrations they may use via a toolkit-slug array (e.g. `["gmail","hubspot"]`). Those slugs are exactly the `toolkit` values of the user's **connected** Max connectors.

`GET /max/periodic-tasks/triggers` also lists `connectedToolkits`, but only toolkits that have event triggers. For the full set (including action-only toolkits like Stripe), use `GET /max/integrations`.

## Operations

| Verb | Path | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `GET` | `/public/v1/max/integrations` | List the caller's connectors |
| `GET` | `/public/v1/max/integrations/{integrationId}` | Detail (includes OAuth scopes) |
