Max Meetings are the calling user's notetaker meetings: recordings, transcripts, AI notes, action items, folders, and note templates.
Meetings normally arrive from a connected calendar. You can also create one by hand or send the notetaker into a call that is happening right now (quick-start). Requires a USER API key and a Meeting Intelligence license (MAX_MEETINGS) on the caller's Max seat — see Max Billing.
Account-wide volume across every user is a different endpoint: GET /meetings/analytics (OWNER/ADMIN). The notetaker defaults every user inherits are at Data & Sync (GET /settings/meetings).
GET /max/meetings is a literal filter (status, platform, folder, date range, title substring). To find a meeting by what was discussed, use GET /max/meetings/search — semantic search over AI summaries, in natural language.
Recordings, transcripts, and AI notes appear once processing completes, so a meeting that just ended may still be empty.
Folders both organise meetings and decide who else can see them. A fixed folder only receives meetings you file into it; an AI-routed folder also collects new meetings that match its routing description.
Note templates control the shape of the AI notes. The caller's notetaker preferences (which meetings the bot joins, languages, default template, reminders) are at GET /max/meetings/settings — read-only; changing them is done in the app.
